Email signatures are a marketing must have. Ideally, your email signature should let email receivers know about other ways to contact you & learn more about you or your business.
With your request for an email signature includes:
Any asset that you might want in your signatures, such as logos, imagery or any other file should be included.
Virtually, you can choose any size. However we recommend that you don’t choose a size that exceeds 650px in width, and it shouldn’t be taller than 150px,

- Medium: 450 x 150 px
- Large: 650 x 150 px
If your brand already has a style of its own we recommend that you request that your email signature follows your brand style. If you have a preference in terms of style, please make sure to include it.

- Physical address (this adds credibility)
